Associate, Bank Representative Office

This position is with the Representative Office of a leading Australian commercial bank. The successful candidate will support senior representatives in the provision and exchange of information by undertaking detailed economic and commercial analysis.

The key responsibilities include:
• Produce financial, commercial and economic analysis in the areas of trade finance, economics, banking and credit, successfully communicating results;
• Produce detailed presentation materials and information packs;
• Attending client discussions and seminars;
• Driving project based assignments;
• Supporting internal monitoring and control systems relevant to the role and the office.

To be successful in this role you will have strong tertiary qualifications in a relevant academic field and at least three years of current analytical experience in a commercial bank or financial institution in Indonesia, plus the following skills and experience;
• Demonstrate proven results and competency in a similar role;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to Ida objectively and bring disciplined analysis to data and situations to ensure that all outcomes are thoroughly assessed;
• Analyze and interpret complex situations by looking at multiple causes and effects;
• Self disciplined with an ability to work under pressure and capable of consistently delivering to a high standard;
• Good (written and verbal) communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Ability to manage self and stakeholders and an aptitude for client interaction;
• Post graduate qualifications in investment or finance preferred.
