Lowongan Kerja Immersive Technologies is the world's largest and leading supplier of Advanced Equipment Simulators to the global mining industry. Due to our expansion in Indonesia, an exciting and challenging opportunity exists for you to join the market leader in its field. Based in Ciputat, Jakarta, and servicing local and international customers we are seeking a qualified and motivated person for the role of:

Training Consultant (TC)

Reporting to the Global Professional Services Manager and working closely with Regional Sales Executives this role is responsible for the design and delivery of training services. The candidate will work directly with the customers locally and internationally to determine the training intervention required. In order to be successful the candidates must demonstrate experience in:

• Training Needs Analysis

• Design and development of training programs to address needs

• Delivery of training

• Managing Training Programs for a Customer

• Measuring and Reporting Training Return on Investment (ROI)

This role enhances the ability of our Customer to implement and see ROI on our intelligent and advanced product.

This role requires a person who can team and understand software applications. An understanding of mining or mining equipment is desirable.

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa. The candidate must be capable of working with minimal supervision and be a strong self-starter. The role offers a great salary and excellent working conditions in a convenient location.
