Due to our continuous rapid growth and development we are now seeking a professional to join our team and become a member of the our dynamic team as:
1. Branch Business Manager Branches (BBM Branches)- Bachelor Degree in any discipline age of 35-45 years old
- Experience min 5 years as Manager in Business Service or Property preferable with experience in Project Selling Commercial & Operations
- Willing to be placed in Branches; preferably married
2. Housekeeping Instructor (HI- Balikpapan and Surabaya)- The instructor will be responsible to carry on training on the assigned class, which mostly related to Housekeeping. Pest control and Building Maintenance
- Possess Diploma 3 of Reputable Hotel & Tourism University or Bachelor Degree in Education, age of 30-40 years old
- Experience min 5 years in Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Manager level of 4-5 Star Hotel or Teaching (Training Institution)
- The candidates must possess an excellent skill in igniting team spirit, motivating as well as developing others, team player, service oriented person with passion and desire, positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, independent and hard worker
- The candidates willing to travel and work long hours in a high-pressure working environment & to be place in Balikpapan or Surabaya branches
General Requirements:- Male with potential leadership qualities, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, customer & service-oriented person with passion and desire, hard worker & willing to work under pressure
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
- Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner & independent. Target oriented and able to work independently
