A leading edible oil manufacturing company based in Medan requires the following personnel due to its expansion :

1.    Senior Shipping Officer (2)
2.    Junior Shipping Officer (3)

He / She should have mi experience of 2 years in the same position, have good knowledge in shipping procedures (export & import), familiar with all related documents such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list PEB. Coordinate with forwarders and inspection companies. Make booking with shipping lines in coordination with production planning department. Issues shipping instructions and process payment and relevant certificates.

General requirements :
•    Fair in English, have good attitude and have good performance
•    Strong command of Ms Office and familiar with PEB (Pajak Ekspor Barang) and with ISO System
•    Have good communication and leadership skill
•    Able to work in team
•    Able to work under pressure
