Field Operations Manager (Medan Based)

Key Responsibilities :
·    Manage & develop a team of Fields Operations Executive & Medical Delegates on a series of field operations activities
·    Implement marketing strategies & execute activities to promote nutrition product to professionals in the Health Care Industry
·    Established strong & long term partnership with healthcare professional

 

Job Requirements :
·    University degree in Science, preferably with a master in Public Health
·    A min of 3 years experience in the capacity of Brand Manager, Product Manager or Regional Sales Manager gained within the nutritional or pharmaceutical sector
·    Extensive personal network within the hospital, medical, midwives & nutrition communities
·    Proficient in both spoken & English write
