Manager Procurement & Import (MPI)- Able to handle export - import shipping procedures and document, custom and government facilities
- Honest, Great negotiation skills, analysis skill, people skills
- Initiate a centrally managed purchasing function
- Experience in electronic company will be an advantage
- Able to plan, forecast and execute procurement procedures
- Able to use Mandarin/Chinese language to communicate & correspondent with foreign supplier
Secretary (SC) - Fluent in English & Mandarin written & verbally
- Able to organize, plan & attention to DETAILS
- Experience in prepare documents & presentation with Microsoft Office
- Prepare & Manage correspondent email, report & documents
- Good attitude & able to work under pressure
HRD & GA Manager (HEW) - Able to handle matters pertaining to manpower regulation
- Able to coordinate I maintaining building service, housekeeping. company operational activities
- Managing act of giving permit for company & vehicle
- Determine and enforce through functional groups-legal, regulatory and safety requirements as relates to federal, state and local regulatory agency's compliance in accordance with current regulations.
Branch Manager (BM) - Monitoring operations, sales, marketing and inventory
- Evaluate sales performance ability to report and communicate to different level of organization
- Achieve company objectives & targets for sales & operational activities in the branch office
- Willing to be place in other town outside Jakarta
Product Marketing Manager (PM) - Responsible for managing product portfolio Management which includes from:
- Sensing market intelligence data
- Request for product creation suitable for the market
- Launching product to partners, dealers, end users
- Create market demand through right positioning, distribution, promotion
- Provide competition benchmark
- Responsible for total stock, sales, Profit & Lost
- Experience in electronic company will be an advantage
Sales Executive (SE)- Find new prospect
- Convert Prospect to Customer
- Maintain repeat customer
- Accountable for sates performance and account receivables performance
