1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
2. SECRETARY FOR MARKETING
3. HRD MANAGER
4. SALES MANAGER
5. MARKETING MANAGER
6. TRADE CHANNEL SPV
7. SALES SUPERVISOR
8. CHIEF ACCOUNTING
9. FINANCE
Qualification: - Male/Female (3-8), Female (1, 2, 9) Min S1 (1,3-8). Min D3 (2,9)
- Age max 30 years (1, 2, 9), max 35 years (3-8)
- Min 3 years experience with similar position (1-9), prefer in consumer goods/ retail & able to handle modern Market (4-7)
- Fluent in English both of speaking and written, fluent Mandarin / Hokkian is preferable (1,2)\
- Computer literate (1-9), strong leadership, can motivate the team and in organizational is must (1, 3-8)
- Create and implement an effective HR & GA system including recruitment, counseling, compensation, training, motivation & development, performance appraisal with balance scorecard, career planning and job grading (3)
- Familiar with accounting system, cost accounting/ taxation; budgeting (8)
- Willing to travel around Indonesia (1-7) overseas (1,2)
- Able to setup and develop team, good negotiation skill, able to implement territory management (4-7)
