Requirements:
• Male, age between 35-45 years old.
• Applicants must have at least S2 degree in psychology,
human resources management or law.
• Highly experienced in human capital management & the role will incorporated strategic and policy.
• Strong leadership, analytical and strategical thinking, as well as excellence interpersonal skills.
• Having the ability to manage the succession plan and talent management and also administer the performance management process.
2. Corporate Secretary
Requirements:
• Female, age max 40 years old.
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable Academy / University majoring in Secretarial /any disciplines.
• Having at least 8 years experiences in the same field at managerial skill.
• Has the ability of public speaking, communication, and write good business letters.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, Mandarin fluency would be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at Pluit - North Jakarta.
