•    Sales Engineer

Job Duties:
• Design-in TE parts to new programs/replace competition.
• Cultivate a good or trust relationship with new & existing customers to ensure TE is the best source
• Provide value-added service such as fast response in quotation, sample request, technical support and products drawings
• Handles customers complains in delivery and quality issues & identify & resolve the issue together with QA, CS & Materials team
• Liase with source & Product Manager to identify new product development programs
• Manage & grow new & existing accounts

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or appropriate field.
• Min 3 years in past sales experiences
• Knowledge of automotive components Wilt be an advantage
• Work independent with team work attitude
• Fluent in English & Indonesian speaking and writing
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation
