A multinational building material manufacturer based in Germany, with office & factory in over 100 countries around the globe, is now seeking for :

1. Sales Manager - Truss
To based in Jakarta, the incumbents will be responsible in managing the product, both in retail & projects in Domestic.
The candidates are preferably of :
·    Male or Female, min 30 years old
·    Have at least 2 years experience in selling Truss / Steel house frame system & managing distributor / channel
·    Willing to travel
·    Excellent communication & written in English
·    A hard worker, with strong leadership towards successful sales result

2. Area Sales Manager – Jakarta
Responsible to developing the business, maintain & serve the customer property & frequently.
·    Probably aged 30 to 35 years old
·    Must have solid sales management experience in the building material field & to be able to demonstrate previous success
·    Must be a good leader & have a track record of successfully managing people to achieve ambitious sales target

3. Sales Project – Jakarta
·    Male or Female 25-30 years old
·    Experience on sales more than 2 years preferable in building materials
·    Can prepare proposal for project & presentation

4. Business Development Supervisor
Who came a real contribution to developing a new product, have strategic planning to set up sales growth & understanding about market activities as sources of information.
·    Probably aged 25 to 35 years old
·    Must have solid sales management experience in the building material field & to be able to demonstrate previous success
·    Good communication & analytical with the ability to persuade at all levels

5. Sales Executive – Truss
·    Male or Female 25-30 years old
·    Experience on sales more than 3 years preferable in selling Steel / Truss
·    Have strong communication & analytical skill
·    Self motivated, hard working & target oriented

6. Sales Executive – Plaster
·    Male or Female 25-30 years old
·    Experience on sales more than 2 years preferable in Mortar Industries
·    Able to give public presentation
·    Can prepare proposal for project & presentation
·    Self motivated, hard working & target oriented

7. Sales Executive
·    Male or Female 25-30 years old
·    Experience on sales more than 3 years preferable in building materials
·    Good interpersonal & communication skill
·    Self motivated, hard working & target oriented

8. Technical Trainer
Give training both practical, theoritical training, demonstrate installation product exciting & new product.
·    Male, age between 25-30 years old
·    Have min 2 years experience in Gypsum Installation, preferable as Gypsum foreman
·    Able to read technical drawing / CAD drawing
·    Able to give public presentation / give both practical & theoretical

General requirements :
·    Point 1-8 : bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture
·    Excellent communication & written in English
·    Ready to travel extensively
·    Point 1-6 : company offers an attractive remuneration package including a company car & bonus scheme
