Requirements for Managerial :
•    Min. Bachelor Degree /S1
•    Min. 5 years experience in similar position
•    Familiar with CAD, 3D Modeling, Photoshop (M01)
•    Min. 3 years experience in similar position (M04)
•    Strong Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet knowledge (M04)
•    Fluent in English
•    Good Analytical skill &. Communication (M05, M06)
•    Able to work under pressure

Staff :
1. Accounting / Finance / Tax (S01)
2. Drafter (S02)
3. Surveyor (S03)
4. Civil Engineer (S04)
5. Internal Auditor (S05)
6. Office Leasing as Shopping Center Leasing Officer (S06)  

 

Requirements for Staff:
•    Min. Bachelor Degree/S1 with IPK min 3.00 from reputable University (S01, S05, 506)
•    Diploma Degree (D3)/ STM (S02, S03, S04)
•    Min. 1 year experience (S01)
•    Min. 5 years experience (S02, 503, S04)
•    Min. 2 years experience (S05, 506)
•    Strong Microsoft excel spreadsheet knowledge (S01)
•    Familiar with CAD, 3D Modeling, Photoshop, Corel Draw (S02)
•    Fluent in English (S01, S06)
•    Able to work under pressure
