HemoCue, A Quest Diagnostics Company. A leading provider of diagnostics testing, information and services HemoCue AB, a Swedish company that develops, produces. and markets medical diagnostic products for point-of-care blood and urine testing, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The fundamental concept behind the company's products is to perform important common tests that offer lab quality results at the point-of-care without sacrificing the accuracy and precision offered by a central clinical lab.

Sales Manager - Indonesia
Based in Jakarta, this position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager based in Malaysia.
 
Job Responsibilities:
The role of the Sales Manager is to develop the business in Indonesia This includes' involvement in marketing activities, coaching & supporting distributors / dealers to promote and sell company products to achieve set sales targets as well as finding new potential distributors and sales channels. There will be extensive traveling throughout Indonesia

Requirements for the position:

• College degree or above, major in medical/health care field is preferred
• At least 3 years sales experience in medical device industry, preferred in in-vitro diagnostics area or blood bank area
• Proven good records in developing sales channels and sales achievement and with good contacts and network in related areas are highly preferred
• Result-oriented person and ability to work under pressure
• Passionate sales person and very goal oriented
• Good command of English, able to speak as well as read and write
• Excellent communicator and team player
