Sales Development Program
Is Management Trainee for Sales. This program is the opportunity for young talented people who have ambition, passion and professionalism to enter supervisory level within our company in fastest time. This program will give chance to learn all you need at sales area. After completing this program you will be placed as Area Sales Supervisor in one area at all over Indonesian territory.

Responsibility:

• Trainee should follow all of training program
• Trainee should achieve the objectives of program

Requirements:

• Maximum age 26 years old
• Min. S1 graduates from reputable University with min GPA 2.75
• Actively involved in extracurricular activities in school or the community with historical of leadership role
• Good interpersonal and leadership skill
• Be able to explain thoughts clearly, adaptable and mature
• Have driving license class A (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed and relocated in all over Indonesian territory
• Excellent communication in English both oral and written
