• 10 years in fixed income and money market
• Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
2. COMMERCIAL BANKING DIVISION HEAD (CBD)
• 10 years in Bank Marketing (lending) and or as
Branch Manager • Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
3. BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
• 4 years in Commercial or SME Banking
• Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
4. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM)
• 2 years in SME or retail banking
• Marketing and networking excellence
5. PRODUCT & SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PSD)
• 5 years in banking (2 years exp. in product development, marketing support, wide network in banking industry).
• Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
6. STRATEGIC MARKETING & PLANNING MANAGER (SMP)
• 5 years in banking (2 years in marketing strategic or corporate planning)
• Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
7. FINANCIAL PLANNING MANAGER (FPM)
• 5 years in medium size forex SME or retail banking
• Familiar with PSAK 50/55 and good command in English communication are a must
• Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
8. CREDIT REVIEW MANAGER (CRM)
• 5 years in medium size forex SME or retail banking
• Familiar with credit analysis for corporate and SME businesses
• Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
9. KOREAN DESK MANAGER (KDM)
• Korean-Indonesian with Indonesian nationality or Indonesian with fluent Korean language
• Job experience with Indonesia Company is preferred
