1. SENIOR/ PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
• Responsible for the successful completion of projects assigned.
• Manage projects to ensure completion within cost, time and quality.
Requirements:
• Degree in
Engineering (Civil & Structural).
• Experience in construction of buildings/ infrastructure.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, focused and good at problem-solving.
2. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CM)
• Oversee construction works.
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors' work to ensure completion within time and specifications, and compliance with construction and its related regulations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Civil & Structural).
• Experience in construction of buildings/ infrastructure.
• A team player who is independent and possesses good interpersonal skills.
3. M & E MANAGERS (M&EM)
• Work closely with design consultants to ensure build ability.
• Ensure construction is within design, budget, time and regulations.
• Able to provide alternatives to overcome building and installation constraints.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Work experience with contractor.
• Familiar with the agents and vendors for equipment and services.
4. M & E ENGINEERS (M&EE)
• Assist the Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction projects.
• Responsible for the assessment and documentation of projects.
• Follow up with user Requirements
• Supervise contractors and follow up on defects and maintenance.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical).
• Experience in site supervision and coordination.
• Independent, systematic and technically competent in M & E works.
5. CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS (CSE)
• Assist the Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction projects.
• Responsible for ensuring that civil and structural works sue in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for the assessment and documentation of project.
• Follow up on user requirements.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in
Engineering (Civil, Structural).
• Experience in site supervision/ coordinating work.
• Independent, systematic and technically competent C & S works.
6. SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT (LA)
• To provide landscape architecture expertise on site based projects.
Requirements:
• Experience in landscape industry; and resort landscape architecture will be preferred.
• Familiar with design, tender and construction processes.
• Good working knowledge of the following software: Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. COST ESTIMATORS/ QUANTITY SURVEYORS (QS)
• Position reports to the Senior Cost Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor.
• Assist in Cost engineering functions e.g. taking measurements for pre-bid and post-award, variation orders.
• Process claims and payments.
Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Experience in a similar capacity in the construction of buildings or infrastructure.
8. PROJECT ARCHITECT (PA)
• Experience in site supervision for high rise building with solid background in construction management with developer, design consultant, or general contractor.
• Excellent in finishing inspection.
9. SALES & MARKETING GENERAL MANAGER (SM)
• Responsible to develop and implement sales and marketing plans for Residential and Apartment not.
• Assist in formulation of company policies and procedures as they effect sales, service, pricing and sales promotion.
• Assist in preparing long term strategic plan/ roadmap and continuing to monitor, control, analyze planned strategy Vs actual results and making improvements.
• Manages in-house sales counter team at marketing office.
• Provide strategic planning and direction to achieve die company's sales and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing with exposure in Finance.
• Possess strong and proven knowledge of the property industry.
• Excellent organizational, training and networking skills.
10. SALES STAFF (SS)
• Responsible for sales and marketing of Apartment and Residential unit.
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma degree in any discipline.
• Able to work with targets/ results focused.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
• High technical knowledge and good coordination skills.
• Proactive, hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good tea in work.
• Good communication skill in both Indonesia and English language
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same position, except "SS", with 2 years' experience.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Wang to relocate to major cities in Indonesia such as Makassar, Manado, Kendari, Kupang, Ambon, Papua (indicate your city of preference).
