The Job:
The incumbent will be the Head of the Sales Department and is responsible for the sales growth of the company. The job will also include recruitment of new and other sales related activities such as creating new sales and businesses, monitoring and follow-up. In addition, the Sales Manager is expected to conduct training for the distributors so as to maintain an excellent level of growth and professionalism in the market.

The Person:
The ideal candidate should possess Degree/Diploma in marketing or other related fields, Age 30 & above Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing/customer service support experience in FMG, Insurance companies. Candidates with experience in handling events and training background will have definite advantage. We are looking for candidate who is reliable, mature and possesses high degree of initiative and drive who could help the company to improve on our Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills. The person must be pleasant, courteous, and teamwork oriented. This position, requires you to be energetic and able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
