As part of our regional expansion plans, we are seeking a suitably qualified person for the position of:

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR WINDOWS

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement national marketing and business development strategies. Create new key client accounts.
  • To present & promote REHAU Window products to Developers, Architects, Consultants. To ensure REHAU Window products are specified in the targeted projects tender documents (Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, etc.)
  • To collect / analyze market intelligence. Track competitors, business partners' activities & processes. Research customer needs & satisfaction feedback.
  • Initiate marketing events / activities to promote product branding and acceptance. Organize marketing / sales support through product training, promotion brochures, demonstrations, samples, technical updates, fabricator training, etc.
  • Assess, negotiate & establish successful windows fabricators contracts. Maintain good relationship with fabricators. Establish relationships with government bodies and local authorities as welt as senior management of Key Accounts
  • Ensures REHAU quality standards are maintain by authorized customers/fabricators.
  • Assist with developing product-pricing strategy by providing input to Company regarding customer buyer values and competitive forces in the marketplace.
  • Plan growth of the distribution/fabrication channels.

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Civil / Material Technology / Chemical / Business / Economy
  • Min. 5 years of relevant SALES experience of building / construction materials / preferably in windows / door and curtain wall technology
  • Product knowledge in windows / door / curtain-wall
  • Industry knowledge in building/ construction
  • Selling skills and specifying products to developers/ architects/ fabricators
  • Key account Management (Projects / fabricators)
  • Negotiation & Value proposition
  • Presentation
  • Communication & inter-personal
  • MS Office
