We are one of the largest Polyester Filament Yarn Manufacturers in Central Java seeking suitable candidates for the positions as following :
A. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER ELECTRIC
B. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER INSTRUMENT
C. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER UTILITY
D. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER PROCESS CONTROL
E. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MARKETING
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in similar process industries (A, B, C, D)
2. Good communication both in English/ Indonesia and with managerial qualities (A , B, C, D)
3. Age between 40-52 years old (A, B, C, D), Max 27 years old (E)
4. At least worked as a manager in previous organizations (A, B, C, D)
5. Should have hands on experience on operation & maintenance of Industrial equipment (A, B, C)
6. Project experience will have an added advantage (A, B, C)
7. High voltage power distribution system, Energy Saving techniques, power tariff and PLN dealings (A)
8. Power electronics like inverters, control panels (B)
9. Willing to be posted in Kaliwungu/ Semarang (A, B, C, D), in Bandung Office (E)
10. D3/S1/S2 in electronics/instrumentation (A, B), D3/S1/S2 in mechanical (C), S1/S2 Textile/Chemical (D, E)
11. Graduated from reputable university in Bandung / Jakarta with GPA minimum 3,00 (E)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
1. Should be able to lead team of engineers as head of respective departments (A, B, C)
2. Experience in handling instrumentations (measurement techniques, PLC, SCADA & Process Control) (B)
3. Thorough knowledge in Large Capacity compressors, centrifugal chillers, Boiler, Cooling Water System, etc (C)
4. Thorough knowledge of Spinning (POY/ SDY) & Draw Texturi2ingt production or Quality Control (D)
5. Have ability to design/develop special yarns (D).
