Job vacancy for fill the following position of:
Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Promote HKTDC trade fairs and services to Indonesian enterprises
- Plan, manage and organise events e.g. exhibitions, seminars, market visits, company visits, study missions and conduct presentation to promote Hong Kong & HKTDC
- Write market intelligence articles on Indonesian market trends
- Maintain and expand contacts with businesses, industry associations/chambers, related government agencies and media
- Compile regular operational reports and market reports
- Answer enquiries from Hong Kong regarding doing business in Indonesia, and vice versa.
Assistant Business
Responsibilities
- Assist Indonesian enterprises to identify suitable business partners in Hong Kong and vice versa
- Maintain and expand HKTDC company database system
- Promote HKTDC trade fairs and other services to Indonesian enterprises
- Manage mass direct-marketing e.g. telemarketing exercises email marketing
- Organise and conduct market visits, outreach programme and trade fairs
The general requirements for both positions:
- University graduate, with 2-3 years working experience
- Good understanding of Indonesian economy, trade and business environment in various industries, and business relationship with Hong Kong/China
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- The ability to speak in Mandarin / Cantonese is an advantage
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel and having own vehicle is preferred
- Well groom and attractive looking
Accounting Manager
- The general requirements for Accounting Manager
- Degree in Accounting Major
- Basic knowledge of Indonesia tax is preferable
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
- English is a must, fluent both oral and written
- Pro-active and able to work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
