• Education : S1 or higher
• Proficient in English both oral & written
• Working experience in tug & barges business (specially in mining transportation) min 5 years, with
customer knowledge
• Great competency of leadership : planning & organizing, goal & profit oriented, confidence, open & flexible personality and discipline
Responsible :• Develop, determine and commit to sales target for assigned market segment
• Plan appropriate client relationship strategies to identify new sales opportunities within the given market in order to achieve targeted business volume and to build strong relationship with new & existing client
