• Min. 7 years experience as Project Manager at high-rise and industrial buildings.
• Excellent in handling Construction Management and Financial Management
2. Site Manager
• Min. 5 years experience as Site Manager at high-rise and industrial buildings.
• Excellent in handling Construction Management.
3. Construction Manager
• Min. 7 years experience as Construction Manager at civil/building projects.
4. Safety Manager
• Min. 7 years experience as Safety Manager especially at oil and gas project or at Building Constructions.
5. QA/QC Manager
• Min. 7 years experience as QA/QC Manager at construction company
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2008, IS014000:2004, IS018001:2007
6. Business Dev. Manager
• Min. 7 years experience as Business Development Manager at civil contractor.
• Capability in identifying new projects, both private and government sectors.
7. Senior Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/
Engineering with Min. 5 years experience as Senior M/E Engineer at construction projects.
8. Quantity Surveyor Engineer/Cost Control Engineer
• Min. 5 years experience as QS Engineer/Cost Control Engineer at Construction Company or Cost Consultant.
• Responsible in Managing Budget/Cost Control, Subcontractors, Claim / Variation Orders, Material Waste Control and Take off Quantity.
9. Civil/Building/ME Estimator
• Min. 5 years experience as Civil/ Budding or Mechanical/Electrical Estimator
10. Senior Architect
• Min. 7 years experience as Senior Architect a high-rise building projects.
11. Site Engineer
• Min. 5 years experience as Site Engineer
12. Building Supervisor
• Min. 5 years experience as supervisors (WE or Civil or Finishing) at Civil Construction Projects.
• STM / D3 degree.
General Requirements :
a. Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university, local or overseas
b. Max. 45 years old
c. Excellent in English, both speaking and writing
d. Willing to be stationed all over Indonesia
e. Preferable has experienced at well-known construction company
