Urgently required for fill the following position of:
MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, motivate and train a sales team to achieve sales targets
- Plan, formulate and implement marketing plans and activities for residential properties
- Keep abreast of all economic news, property trends, regulations and consumer patterns that may affect overseas investment in properties
Requirements:- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in selling residential properties
- Possess the abilities to lead a team
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
