The successful applicant is expected to have :
·    Degree and/or AAAIK
·    At least 5 years industry experience with some management exposure.
·    Experienced in casualty risk will be highly regarded.
·    Responsible for reviewing insurance quotations.
·    Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
·    Leadership abilities & strong business acumen.
·    A proven track record of successfully meeting agreed targets.
