Responsibilities :
This position will lead the innovation R&D efforts including product development for both existing and new product market. Internal and external technical service and supervision of team research senior and chemist staff. This position report directly to the Director and President Director

Qualifications :
•    Degree in Chemical, min 35 years old
•    Experience min 2 years as R&D Manager
•    Candidates will be based in Jatake, Tangerang
