Production Manager• Will be placed in Tangerang
• As Production Manager you will be expected to undertake all production responsibilities
• Ensure implementation of operational excellence with discipline
• To provide sale environment at the
factory • Implementing statutory fire, health, safety and hygiene requirements
• Ensure timely product availability. Plan & direct all function of Beverage department all the factory to meet the daily needs of the operations. Develop, implement and monitor schedule for the operations of all beverages to achieves a profitable result
• Manages staff by coaching, counseling, and discipline; communicates expectations, appraises and reviews job contributions of staff
Requirements & profile of successful candidates :• Male
• Solid experience, at least 4-5 years experience as Production Manager with 100-800 employees
• Ability to walk stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• 1 full time position available
• Excellent communication skill, strong leadership and managerial skill
