Head Business Analyst
MBA or equivalent plus professional Business Analyst / Organization & Methods qualification, 15 years wide ranging business analysis experience in business process reengineering, organization analysis, cost reduction & work measurement.

Senior / Business Analyst (SAP)
B.Sc Degree in IT or equivalent in related discipline. Must have solid operational business background (preferably, but not necessary) in the Oil & Gas Industry. Expert (user) knowledge of one & more SAP modules is a must.

Senior / Business Analyst – Others
Master degree in Business / Professionals qualifications or equivalent. Must have solid operational business background in the Oil & Gas Industry relating to business process analysis, mapping re-engineering, man power analysis, project management, use of business tools & metrics & in-depth experience of their respective areas of expertise in : Engineering (including Plant Maintenance), Operations in Oil & Gas Industry, Finance & Controlling, Information Technology (as a business-oriented analyst)

Business System Analyst / Programmer / Developer
Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT or Engineering. Must have proven expertise in at least the following areas :

Technical
ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2005, MS Visual Studio Team Suite, MS Windows Server 2003 & General DBA duties, all in a .Net environment

Non-Technical
Full exposure to Business, Accounting and/or Commercial System. Good Communicator. Help Screen design & End User documentation.
