2. Education background minimum S1 in
Finance & Accounting (1, 2, 3), Hospitality (4), Architecture (5, 6), Interior Design (6), Structure/Civil (7), Electrical Engineering (8), Computer Science/Information Technology (9)
3. A minimum 5 years relevant experience in the same role (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9), fresh graduate are welcome to apply (3)
4. Development of a platform for controls and strategic cost efficiency to drive and improve efficiency and project excellence (1)
5. Strong ability in managing full banquet operations including leading, supervising, directing and training all the banquet personnel. And develop the strategies to build strong markets/networks (4)
6. Strong ability in creating a concept, developing a design, freehand sketching and other associated skills such as Auto Cad, documentation and construction detailing skills (5, 6, 8)
7. Strong design development skill for the installation of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment components and the ability to lead and supervise the development process (8)
8. Hard skill requirement (s) : PHP, My SQL, ASP Net, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Programming Language (9)
9. Good command of the English language and the ability to use English to express thoughts/ideas (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
10. Computer literate: Microsoft Office suite (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
11. A visionary individual with a strong leadership strategic thinking and management skills (1)
