Job Scope:· Highly experience in HRM & the role will incorporate strategic and policy
· Provide professional HR advise to staff, manager & HR Business Partners on all matters concerning compensation structures, benefit, benchmarking and rewards
· Emphasis on developing a strong partnership with the business to lead initiative that build/develop outstanding employee capabilities
· Manage the succession plan and talent management, administer the performance management process
Sub BU Manager Network & Security (NS)
Job Scope:· Responsible for evaluating network architecture and hardware/software configuration for security vulnerabilities
· Design security infrastructure performs vulnerabilities assessments conducts investigations and performs intrusion detection monitoring
Sr ABAP Developer (ABAP)
Job Scope:· Leads the development stage of project activities (coding, testing, debugging and deployment)
· Responsible for report development, data interface, analysis and design and dialog programming in the SAP R/3 environment
· Support and
maintenance , program modifications, performance tuning problem solving, debugging, gathering and writing technical specifications.
Requirements:(GM HR) S1 min. 10 years exp. in HR, experience in HRMS and plan Dev. Max age 45 years
(NS) S1 min.5 years exp. have CCDA, CCSP, max. age 32 years
(ABAP) S1 min.5 years exp. experience in SAP R/3 impl. Max. age 34 years
General Requirements:Interpersonal and communication skill is a must, Fluent in English (written & oral), willing to work under pressure (Tough environment)
