Bank BTN, well known for its focus in mortgage business, will expand and develop a comprehensive retail banking services, including in priority banking. In order to support our business, we are looking for qualified, dedicated individuals and talented banking professionals to share its passion for excellence in its new business direction to fulfill the following positions :

A. Consumer Funding Manager
B. Priority Banking & Relationship Development Department Head
C. IT Expert

Qualification :
- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Good oral and written communication skill, both Indonesian and English
- Minimum 3 years experienced as Unit Head/Manager level (Position A & B)
- Minimum 10 years experienced in IT field (Position C)
- Have ability to develop Priority Banking business, having certification that related in Priority Banking field (Position B)
- Good understanding of maintaining customer contact and leads, strong in negotiation and presentation skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skill, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure (Position A & B)
- Good understanding of banking business process, Fr framework, having international certification in IT fields, preferably who have experience in banking projects (Position C)
