Contributes to staffing, retention, development and brand management processes. Lead team to achieve corporation and assigned objectives

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• 9 years of Human Resources experience
• Working experience with international operation company; preferably US base company
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and values other inputs
• Excellence spoken and written English communication skills
• Good planning and organizational skills, results-oriented with attention to details
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Willingness to take on challenges
