- Manager Development (Jakarta Based)
1) Tertiary qualification in Mine
Engineering from a recognized university
2) Minimum of 10 years experience and proven skills in planning in open-cut mining operations and project management.
3) Excellent knowledge of computerized planning packages such as Minex, Talpac, Autocad, etc. and be able to build the mine planning financial model.
4) Possess practical working skills in mine operation, planning and financial modeling.
5) Sound knowledge and understanding of Indonesian coal mining & environment laws and regulations.
6) The Manager Development will work in Jakarta Office liaise with personnel at the Central office as well as site based personnel involved in mine operations, contract administration, mine planning, survey, coal handling infrastructure, transportation and sales.
- Accounting Superintendent (Jakarta based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business and/or related disciplines from a recognized university.
2) Minimum of 7 experience and proven skills in finance, accounting, ideally involving exposure to large corporate heavy industry enterprises and/or the mining industry.
3) Financial skills to handle capital appropriation, operating cost management, budget preparation and financial performance reporting.
- External Relations Superintendent (Site based)
1) Tertiary qualification majoring in Social Sciences, Regional Planning, Environmental or field related to external affairs and community development issues.
2) Minimum of 7 years experience in community development, urban and regional planning projects.
3) Experience and knowledge in External & Government Relations and Community Involvement programs will be highly regarded.
- Coat Handling & Port Superintendent (Site Based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
2) Minimum of 7 years in Management roles and significant experience operating coal handling facilities or similar fixed plant/marine related operations.
3) Previous experience in vessel loading and port operations will be highly regarded.
- Contract Superintendent & Wakil KKT (Site based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in Management and/or Engineering from a recognized university.
2) Minimum of 7 years experience in a contract administration management role in the mining industry.
3) Practical mine operation experience will be highly regarded.
4) Understanding of financial analysis modeling.
5) Detailed knowledge of Indonesia mining and environmental laws & regulations and mine operation policies & procedures.
- Mine Engineering Superintendent (Site Based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering from a recognized university.
2) Minimum of 7 years experience in a mine technical position.
3) Practical production experience will be highly regarded.
4) Understanding of financial analysis modeling.
5) Detailed knowledge of Indonesia mining and environmental laws & regulations and mine operation policies & procedures.
- Health & Safety Superintendent (Site Based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in Safety Health & Loss Control from a recognized university.
2) Minimum of 7 years safety management experience in mining or other heavy industry with rigorous Safety, Health and Loss Control programs.
3) Detailed knowledge of safety obligations within the Indonesia mining laws & regulations will be highly regarded.
- Environmental Superintendent (Site Based)
1) Tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering or Science from a recognized university.
2) Minimum of 7 years experience in mining operations across a broad range of environmental management activities.
3) Detailed knowledge of environment obligation within the Indonesia mining laws & regulations will be highly regarded.
- Human Relations Superintendent (Jakarta Based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in the Humanities and/or Human Resources from a recognized university.
2) Minimum of 7 years of combined management and proven skills in HR activities within mining or heavy industry.
- Supply & Logistics Superintendent (Samarinda Based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting and/or related disciplines from a recognized university.
2) Post-graduate qualifications in Logistics/Supply Management/Purchasing will be highly regarded.
3) Minimum of 7 years combined management experience and proven skills in purchasing including inventory control, warehousing and logistics within mining or heavy industry.
4) Detailed knowledge and exposure to inventory management, cataloguing and control.
- Principle Geologist (Site Based)
1) Tertiary qualifications in Geology from a recognized university
2) Minimum of 7 years experience in a field exploration role
3) Minimum of 2 years experience in leading a field exploration team
4) Coal exploration experience will be highly regarded
