HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (HRS)Qualifications:· Indonesia citizenship (all position)
· Formal education in human resource management
· At least 3 years of human resources work experience
· Must be highly knowledge able of local labour laws
· Capability to handle highly confidential information discreetly
· Highly organized with ability to execute
administrative processes in timely manner
· Bilingual; able to speak and write in advanced in business English
· Experience using Microsoft Office Software applications and a personal computer
· Mature person with good leadership skill
· Desired experience training and developing staff
· Commit for non smoking, no drugs, no alcohol and no misconduct sex behaviour
· Willing to be based in Manado
