HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Functions: Periodically carry out a systematic study/ research on the effectiveness and efficiency of every human resources management strategy, policy, program and practice as well as to the human resources in an organization that aims to maximize the achievement of the target either for the employee or the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum: Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
• Experienced in conducting human resources audit and research on the functions of Human resources management and organization
• Good understanding of research methodology
• Good English communication skills (both writing and speaking)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Good presentation skills
• Core Competencies: self-motivated, outgoing personality, persuasive, a good leader and punctual
