FINANCE MANAGER - SURABAYA BASED (FM)
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant
• Experience of 8 - 10 years in
Accounting , Finance, Management Accounting, financial report Analysis, and accounting
• Familiar with US GAAP accounting and SOXLEY requirements
• Handling financial projections and credit applications to bank/financial institutions and dealing with bank/financial institutions
• Having knowledge of foreign currency and hedging
• Working in similar position for at least 2 years with a medium to large company
• Willing to travel within and outside Indonesia
• Fluent in English, computer literate
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking
• Work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential
• Self-motivated with strong initiative, creative & innovative, result oriented and high achiever, willing to learn & to try something new
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - SURABAYA BASED (HRM)
Requirements :
• Primary focus in developing Human Resources department including the systems
• Provide support services related to organizational development, performance management, competency development, recognition, rewards and compensations, and industrial relations
• Having at least a minimum 8 years related experience as Human Resources Manager, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Having degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or an allied field, and an advanced degree would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are pivotal for this role, the incumbent are required to interact with people from cross levels
• Possess high initiative and maturity level, sound leadership skill, and strong problem solving capacity
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is prerequisite
