HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The successful candidate will be involved in the full aspect of HAM activities and should fulfill the following requirements :
* Male / Female. Age 35 - 45 years old
* S1 graduate in Psychology or Law from reputable university
* Possess min 5 years experience in similar field
* Having good knowledge of Labor Law and its implementation
* Having sufficient
Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) knowledge
* Having excellent human relation skill & capable to handle personal issues
* Highly self-motivated, self-initiative, independent & positive attitude
* Good leadership & strong verbal and written communication skills
* Mature and able to work under pressure situation
