PT Hasjrat Abadi is one of the Authorized Main Dealers for Toyota automotive and Yamaha motorcycle in certain areas throughout Eastern Indonesia. With more than 70 branches/ outlets, it is now looking for a highly qualified professional as:
HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION HEAD
(Position based in Head Office, Jakarta)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Approve and monitor manpower planning including recruitment, training and development programs
- Oversee comprehensive performance management programs and rewards strategy
- Manage supervision of HR Operations and General Affairs including payroll and compensation services, employee and industry relations, employee discipline, welfare and safety of work
- Ensure that HR guidance, policy and goals are being enforced
- Report to President Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Proven HR Management experience (or personnel management experience in other capacities) of at least 5 years. Prior working experience in an automotive business environment will be advantageous
- Master degree from reputable university (preferably in Psychology, Law or HR Management)
- Well-rounded experience in Talent, Performance & Reward Management, HR Operations, and General Affairs
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Indonesian labour law and regulation
- Competence in leadership, management, communication, problem solving and team-work building skills
