1. Regional Operation Manager
Responsible to manage and supervise overall distribution activities in the Region / key cities assigned.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge and experience in the grain packaging process, custom clearance, logistics and warehouse management is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
2. Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Region / key cities assigned and to establish expansion plans and strategies
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 5 years Professional
Sales Management Experience.
3. Planning, Production and Inventory Control Manager (PPIC)
Responsible for effectively projecting demand-supply conditions and pattern in each city / region and to effectively manage its inventory to continuous uninterrupted supply in meeting customers' demand
Required Skills:
- Good planning and projection skills with excellent understanding of market and consumer trends
- Team Work player and analytical skill
- Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position.
4. HRD Manager
Responsible to recruit, coordinate training and implement Company's Personnel Policy and Government Regulation
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position,
- Having good knowledge about Industrial Relation Practices, Labor Law and Government Regulation
- Strong Leadership.
General Requirements:
• Willing to be stationed in Papua New Guinea
• Good written and spoken English Language
• Computer literate (able to operate Microsoft Office)
• Strong advantage for those already working in grain trading and logistics business especially in rice
