SARI PAN PACIFIC JAKARTA, a member of Pan Pacific Hotel Group is looking for a dynamic member for its Management Team:

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN CAPITAL AND DEVELOPMENT

He or She will responsible to set strategies and develop policies, standards, system and processes that implement these strategies in a whole rang of areas.

Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:

• A Master Degree in Psychology / Law / Management (S2) or Bachelor (S1) degree with related professional training
• At least 8 years experience in Human Capital & Development / Resources Management
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian labor laws
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Broad knowledge and experience in compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety and training and development
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Capital & Development staff members
• Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Capital & Development programs
