HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

The successful candidate will be involved in the full aspect of HRM activities and should fulfill the following requirements:
·    Male / Female, age max 45 years old
·    S1 graduate in Psychology or law from reputable university
·    Having good knowledge of Labor Law and its implementation
·    Having sufficient Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) knowledge
·    Having excellent human relation skill & capable to handle personal issues
·    Highly self-motivated, self-initiative, independent & positive attitude
·    Good leadership & strong verbal and written communication skills
