Assistant HR GENERALIST (code AHRG)

This position will report to Seed Supply Lead. The incumbent will be responsible for dealing with government affair for industrial relations for Central Java and East Java. Support in implementing legal requirements and complying with local manpower laws and regulations. Managing / staffing of seed production facilities which will cover field production, QA, Finance & plant manufacturing functions. Coordinate with Jakarta office for employee compensation and benefits as well as coordinating with vendor / outsourced employment of seasonal workers.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:

·    Both male / female
·    Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2, HR, Industrial relation, business law graduate would be an advantage
·    Having HR SAP Background
·    Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
·    Good proficiency in spoken and written English
·    Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Points
·    Min 3-5 years of related working experience
·    Possesses technical capabilities on experimental / research design and strong analytical skill
·    Willing to travel around Indonesia
·    Statistic knowledge
·    Having driver license SIM A
