ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE SUPERVISOR

Being responsible to coordinate day-to-day operational activities & target achievement in selling advertisement spaces of the team under his / her supervision

·    Male / Female, not more than 35 years old
·    Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
·    Previous relevant experience in similar position for at least 4 years
·    Analytical & strategic
·    Own exceptional negotiation & presentation skills
·    Brilliant capability in building network
·    Good team-worker with an outgoing personality
·    Competencies in marketing & advertising


HRD STAFF

Being responsible to handle recruitment – selection, industrial relationship & outsource handling

·    Male / Female, not more than 28 years old
·    Psycholog (Professional Degree) with not less than 3.00 GPA
·    Previous relevant experience in similar position for at least 2 years
·    Having knowledge in Human Resource Management, Man Power Planning & familiar with Behavioral Event Interview methods & practices
·    Competence in interpreting Psychological test
·    Good analytical & good personality
