An established Textile related Manufacturing Company in Batam urgently requires for its expansion program the following experienced personnel :
1. PRODUCTION MANAGER
· Manage & oversee the full operation management reporting to Head Office in Singapore
· Resource & Quality Management to optimize production output meeting company’s targets & customer’s requirements
2. MACHINE KEEPERS / TECHNICIAN
· Setting-up & trouble-shooting of textile-related machines of Circular & Flat-bed Knitting Machines, Sewing Machines, Dyeing Machines, etc
· Develop & manage Preventive Maintenance Program
3. SAMPLE LEAD
· Experience in material cutting & sewing
· Support in development of new models & samples
Requirements :
· Related experience in textile-related industry
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· Mature, positive, energetic & result oriented
· Team player able to multi-task & handle ad-hoc duties
· Ability to work under pressure
· Proficient in English & Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, etc)
