SALES MANAGER (P-SM)

• Male/female, max 35 years, min S1 Business, Economy, Architecture
• Having 5 years experience in property sales/marketing
• Having networking to reputable companies
• Good command in marketing and selling
• Having ability to lead a team
• Having good presentation and communication skill

SALES EXECUTIVE (P-SE)

• Male/female, max 30 years, min S1 Business, Economy, Architecture
• Having 3 years experience in property sales/ marketing
• Having good presentation and communication skill
• Having networking to reputable companies

PROJECT COORDINATOR MGR (P-PCM)

• Male, max 40 years, min S1 Civil Engineering, Architecture
• Having 10 years experience in related position in structural & architectural works in high rise building
• Having ability to lead a team

ESTIMATOR & PURCHASING (P-E&P)

• Male/female, max 35 years, min S1 Civil Engineering, Architecture
• Having 3 years experience as QS. Estimator
• Familiar in operating AutoCad program and Microsoft Office

SITE ENGINEERING ARCHITECT (P-SEA)

• Male, max 35 years, min S1 Architecture
• Having 5 years experience as a leader architect in high rise building
• Familiar in operating and using architecture software programs
• Good knowledge of material

SITE ENGINEERING STRUCTURE (P-SES)

• Male, max 35 years, min S1 Civil Engineering
• Having 5 years experience as project engineer in high rise building
• Familiar in operating AutoCad Civil 3D program
• Familiar with Intl standards and codes

SITE ENGINEERING MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL (P-SEM)

• Male, max 35 years, min S1 Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Having 5 years experience as mechanical/electrical engineer in high rise building
• Familiar with int'l standards and codes

 
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MGR (P-FA)

• Male/Female, max 35 years, min S1 Accounting
• Having 5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager (preferably at property company)
• Good command on tax regulation

LEGAL STAFF (P-LEG)

• Male/Female, max 30 years, min S1in Law
• Having 3 years experience as Legal/Administration Staff (preferably in property company/contractor)
• Able to review contract in English

 
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:

• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Able to work in team. high motivated proactive
• Good health condition
