Procurement Senior Engineer/ Engineer (subject code: PR)
Requirements:
Bachelor in Industrial Engineering/ Chemical/ Electronics/ Physics from reputable University, having Min. 4-5 years related experience in manufacturing field, having good knowledge in Material Engineering property, understand Material requirement Planning concept, having knowledge in Purchasing/Buying will be an advantage, having good coordination and negotiation skills.
QA Unit Manager/ Senior Engineer (subject code: QA)
Requirement:
Bachelor in Electronics/Mechanical/Physics Engineering, Min. 10 years experience at manufacturing -field and min. 5 years in Section Head/ Managerial Position, familiar with solving method, experience in handling customer feedback and customer audit, experience in handling feedback to supplier.
Process Engineer for Trigger Coil / Transformer (subject code: PE)
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Electronics (preferable)/ Mechanical Engineering, having strong knowledge on Trigger Coil or Transformer, min. 3 years experience in manufacturing field.
Cl Senior Engineer / Engineer (subject code: Cl)
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Analytical Field, having min. 3 or 5 years of experience in implementing Six Sigma and Lean concept in manufacturing environment, demonstrated strong personal as well as communication and networking skills, demonstrated critical thinking, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work.
General Requirements for all positions
Understand Q&EHS System (ISO 9001 / 14001, OHSAS 18001 / SMK3), good command in English (spoken and written), Microsoft Office program expertise, having experience in driving multi disciplinary team activities, having good Leadership Skill, good team player and customer oriented, understand and practice Six Sigma methodology and Lean manufacturing concept.
