PALM OIL MILL ENGINEERS
(Based in Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
• Report to the Palm Oil Mill Manager
• Assist the Mill Manager on the following:
1. Production planning and capacity optimization
2. Effective maintenance program and minimization downtime
3. Labor productivity and management
4. Budget planning and cost management
Requirements
• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical
Engineering from a recognized university, local or abroad
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in palm oil mill
• Experience working in a multi-national food manufacturing company with good safety standards and environmental management. Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in production planning and maintenance programme are added advantages
• Preferably fluent in written and verbal Bahasa Melayu, Indonesia and English
• Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on and result oriented
• Fresh graduates who have interest and knowledge of the related production process engineering during their internship are encouraged to apply
