General Requirements:• College or University graduates preferably Industrial Engineering
• Good command of written and spoken English with good
computer knowledge
• Independent and works well with others
• Preferably has strong Quality Control background
For Inspector:• Min 3 years Quality Assurance / Production experience in related field
• Min 2 years working experience with American retail market
• Knowledge of hands-on experience in fabrics, garment production process including different types of washing, printing and embroldery
For Manufacturing Technician: • Min 4 years Quality Assurance / Production experience in related field
• Min 2 years working experience with American retail market, competent understanding of U.S product testing, safety and regulatory requirements
• Broad knowledge of hands-on experience in fabrics, garment production process (including washing, printing and embroldery)
• Ability to lead the Pro-Production meetings to proactively address potential production and quality issues prior to bulk production
• Has extensive hands-on experience in assessing factory capacities and capabilities including ability to line balance, recognizing bottle necks and implement corrective actions
• In depth understanding of statistical data analysis to problem solve through root cause analysis and provides corrective and preventive actions
For Manager and Supervisor:• Min 5 years Quality Assurance / Production experience in related field and at least 2 years of it in leadership or supervisory roles and responsibilities
• Min 2 years working experience with American retail market
• Ability to:
• Think critically, problem solve and analyze data
• Plan, organize and lead effective implementations
• Assign and monitor workload proactively ensuring balanced distributions
• Monitor and validate team compliance ensuring support when required
• Act as technical liaison between team, HQ partners and factories
