• Manager Engineering & Technology - Processing Plant
Primary Objective is providing management and leadership for the engineering and technical systems maintained within the Processing Plant. Operation & Maintenance includes QA measures with SOP and externally certified systems such as IS09001, IS014000, SQF, BRC, HACCP and EU.
The role ensures that all refrigeration, freezers, conveyors, cookers and other technical equipment relating to shrimp processing are operated and maintained to deliver reliable performance. You will have to contribute to new technologies or product development to improve the efficient operation and stay ahead of the competition.
You must have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical or
Mechanical engineering with relevant experience of 10 years, preferably with international food processing company as well as excellent leadership, team building, communication, IT, negotiation and report writing skills.
