Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide application support for Copeland and Flow Controls products to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration customers in Indonesia
• Help Indonesia
customers with transition to new refrigerants and higher efficiency systems
• Handle all customer technical queries relating to line rejects and field rejects
• Visit customer sites to diagnose problems
• Conduct technical seminars for refrigeration and Air Conditioning customers
Desired Candidates Qualifications:
• University graduate with major in Mechanic & Engineering
• 3 to 5 years working experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration field, preferably with a manufacturer or contractor
• Good technical knowledge of compressors, system design and trouble shooting
• Sound electrical knowledge and hands on experience desirable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Good PC skills
• Able to work independently
2. Senior Sales Engineer! Account Sales Manager (Surabaya based)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Emerson Climate Technologies' compressor and controls sales in the designated regions in Indonesia
• Develop and manage strong and effective relationship with channel partners and key end users
• Execute key growth programs with measurable results
• Conduct customer training, solve commercial and technical issues
• Assist management in market analysis and business planning
Desired Candidates Qualifications:
• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or marketing, preferably in the commercial air conditioning and refrigeration industry with major reputable OEMs, wholesalers or contractors
• Strong knowledge about design of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Good value selling skills
• Excellent English communication (speaking and writing) skills
• Able to take initiatives and drive for results
• Able to travel frequently
3. Field Service Engineer (Jakarta based)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• System start-up and Testing & Commissioning of Retail Solutions projects in SEA countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore Brunei).
• Supervision of worker/technician during projects installation phase, coordination with contractors, consultants and owners.
• Technical support for customers which include system trouble shootings, break down calls, product technical training.
• Preparation of technical drawings, specifications and projects report.
• Liaise with CPC, Flow Controls & Dixell factories for warranty claims and product technical updates
Desired Candidates Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years experience in related field and willing to travel overseas extensively and to work odd hours under pressure to meet datelines.
• Mechanical/Electrical engineer preferably with 3 or more years of experience in refrigeration and/or HVAC control and BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Preferable experience in project site works/planning in the Mechanical & Electrical field which includes supervision of worker/technician, coordination with contractor, consultant and owners.
• Hands on experience in installation/servicing/maintenance of Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical and Control systems would be added advantage.
• PC / software knowledge minimum requirement - Office, Power Point. Knowledge in AUTOCAD & PLC programming would be added advantage.
• Minimum language spoken/written - English. Advantage for spoken - Mandarin and/or other Asian languages
