Engineering/Reliability Manager
Main responsibilities :
1. To contribute in the developments, improvements and expansions of the site through technical leadership and pitied management across all aspects, on a daily support is to contribute to the success of overall operation through excellent reliability support.
2. To ensure full availability and long term reliability of assets through an appropriate
maintenance strategy, and the development of the requisite resources (associate & equipment) system and practices business commitments
3. It is critical that Engineering/Reliability Manager provide the business with a sustained (ethnical competitive advantage.
4. To direct and manage the engineering, project and maintenance department in achieving both short-term and long-term
5. Provide and control of maintenance, engineering and project annual budget expenditure.
Requirements:
• At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial)
• Have extensive experience on Engineering and Maintenance At least 3 years Managerial experience In Engineering/Maintenance System project management
• Know and understand Engineering & Maintenance - Activity.
• The ability to work effectively with all level of management providing detailed guidance to project team members
• Able to manage people
• Multi-cultural adaptability, good interpersonal skills, and good in conflict management
• Firm in decision, asking, strong in planning, organizational and communication skills, and presentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, flexible, attention to detail, action and result oriented
• Excellent people management & building effective team managing through systems
• Good command in English (both written and verbal), and having a good computer skill and Familiar with Auto Cad.
