•    Male, with max 40 years old
•    S1 degree in civil engineer with min experience 8 years in construction industries
•    Fluency in English & Indonesia is a must
•    Good computer skill
•    Good initiative
•    Ability to work independently
•    Resourceful and team player
•    Can communicate with government department
